Cardiovascular Fitness Center

Our cardiovascular area includes treadmills, stair climbers, upright and recumbent bikes as well as Precor Elliptical fitness trainers. This exercise area overlooks the Glass Court for racquetball viewing and cable TV is accessible from most stations.

Lifefitness Equipment delivers an immersive exercise experience, motivating exercisers – whatever their fitness level.

Integrated consoles with attached TVs provide access to Cable TV programming, iPod® music and video, a virtual trainer and the ability to create workouts and track results.

Precor Ellipticals' smooth, fluid motion mirrors the movement of the body and provides an outstanding workout experience.

Their natural, elliptical movement, in combination with CrossRamp® technology, provides cardio conditioning that simultaneously strengthens different muscle groups

Stairmaster steppers provide exercisers a challenge of endurance. The high intensity, short-duration workout of a StairMaster® stepper is unbeatable and a powerful addition to most circuit training programs.

JUNIOR CARDIOVASCULAR AREA

Junior members aged 12 to 13 years can use the cardiovascular equipment located across from the front desk. Access to this area requires attending an orientation class. Upon completion of the class, they will be supplied with a special sticker for their membership card that permits access to this area. Junior members working with a personal trainer may use any equipment under supervision of their trainer.
